I have never written a review before, but feel it is necessary after my experience with this company. I trusted them based on reviews. I came back from my trip to significant body damage on my car. After immediately informing them of the damage, they delayed providing any information even of their insurance company. They said they would review the matter on the security cameras they had (which they had records of for several months). They denied any culpability regarding the damage to my car, which was significant involving the body and causing malalignment of the steering column. I understand that with valeting cars damage is going to occur occasionally due to an accident. When that happens, they should accept the responsibility of that damage. Please do not use this company if you have a choice. Take a cab or choose another lot. You may have a good experience with them, which is probably typical. However, if something goes wrong you can be assured they will deny any responsibility.

Facility is close to MIA and the drop off/pick up is smooth and easy. Little to no waiting for shuttle

Parking for five hours is more  expensive than  parking for the whole day! I had  a surprise when I paid my bill and I got charged $27 for one day and five hours! When I asked for the details of  that price, one of the associates explained it to me in a relaxed way, but the other one got Rude when explaining that I was charged three dollars per hour. Last time that I use  this  service!  It was more expensive than parking at the airport's parking lot !

Excellent door to door service and customer service. Car was ready and waiting upon my arrival. Most definitely would use again and refer to others.

Safe lot for airport parking at reasonable prices! Use them regularly and never a long wait for the shuttle and always efficient and welcoming service.
