If I could rate them a zero I would. Worst service I've had in dealing with a shuttle service. My family and I waited for over an hour to get picked up from the Port of Miami. Called several times and was told that the driver was on the way and that if we couldn't wait then to take a taxi. Also, we were told that the shuttle service is complementary, which I understand. But why would I pay just to park to then take a taxi to where I'm going. Heck that would probably cost more than just parking at the port. Honestly, customer service goes a long way. It wasn't the waiting that was the major problem, it was the lack of customer service and just plain rudeness.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! NOT SAVE !!!! 

We parked our SUV at Safe Cruise Parking for a week last December to find out it is anything but safe!!! We notice damage to the hood and roof about 2 hours north of Miami, we immediately called and emailed them to report the damage to our vehicle at their facility. Then followed up with photos that clearly saw someone jumped on the hood and roof of our SUV to the manager Gaby. Gaby asked us to provide them with a police report, and we exampled that we do not live in Miami but we were able to get them one about two weeks later. Now that we have provided them with Police Report and photos they have changed their story. Stating we waited too long, we reminded them we reported the damages the day we picked up the SUV. The only thing the manager, Gaby, would offer to do is refund the cost of parking. $90 is not going to cover a new hood and the roof damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They move the vehicles to an off-site parking lot that is surrendered by homeless people. Your vehicle will be damaged, this place is not safe. They just refuse to pay for damages.

I was hesitant to book because of the negative reviews, but all the off port parking had bad reviews so finally settled on this one because they were the cheapest.  Glad I did.  Arrived at 10:15 a.m, they took the luggage out and I parked just a few feet away, locked the car and took the keys.  Immediately put on shuttle and at port by 10:45.  When we disembarked I called them and they said they would let the driver know.  Within 10 minutes we were picked up.  He made sure no one was waiting at other ship ports, but we were returned to the car in record speed.  Don't be afraid to use them.  I will use them again

We were very happy with the parking and shuttle service to the ship.  It went very smoothly.  We had made reservations ahead of time, we parked quickly, boarded the shuttle, and was delivered to the ship within a very short amount of time.  We also were picked up and brought back to the ship with no problems.  We did not ask where to go when we disembarked the ship to catch the shuttle (it is a little hectic), but went to where we were dropped off, and there they were.  We were pleased with the whole experience

Great bargains for Cruise Ship Parking.  The shuttle was convenient, ran a continuous schedule, and the drivers were friendly.  Thanks car was kept outside, in a locked, street level parking lot.  Seemed safe to me.
