If you want the best customer service you'll ever receive, ask for the manager Rebecca. I walked into the store not even knowing what I was wanting and at first, nothing really sparked my interest and I ended up walking out to visit Coach and Guess to see what they had. But I ended up going back and Rebecca was able to find me my perfect and very first Michael Kors bag simply by asking all the right questions and being so personable like talking to an old friend. She personalized the whole experience and I'll never forget her. Best customer service experience I've received in a VERY long time.

Sales associate followed us through the entire store, rudely interrupting our conversations with their stupid fake comments on the bags. Bags overpriced and ugly. We left because we thought the sharks were going to bite. Barely left out of there with my life..hungry sales associates are the worst. We like personal space in the South.

I have to say that the sales associates are very sweet and helpful. One of the associates noticed I was inspecting a bag and told me she could get me a new bag from the back room. Really attentive staff. We had a good experience and saved a lot on a couple of bags that I've seen at Macy's and non-outlet Michael Kors boutiques for $300+. I would recommend.

I'm a Frequent shopper of Michael Kors but I went to return a bag this evening and was told I couldn't since it was past 30 days even though I never used the purse and it was still in the bag with the sales tag on it. Never had this problem before when Logan and Jennifer helped me in the past.
