I accidentally left my Tommy Hilfiger merchandise/shopping bag at Coach store in the same outlet and only realize this 4 to 5 days after my short visit to Charleston, SC last week when i'm back to Atlanta. When I called to locate my lost merchandise, one of the kind Coach staff helped me to bring the missing merchandise to Tommy Hilfiger store so they can assist me directly. 

I am lucky enough that again the kind store manager from Tommy Hilfiger actually offer to ship my purchased merchandise back to me in Atlanta after verifying my identify.  The TH staff even provide me with tracking number so I may track the shipment in real time. I got my merchandise back in two days!!!!!  

I really appreciate all the extra effort and kindness these kind staffs took to help me sort this issue out. I will definitely go back to the Tommy Hilfiger Charleston Outlet store had i visit Charleston again!

The workers has the most grumpiest face ever.   Nobody assist or ask if you need help or anything They will fold the clothes right after you try them out as if the customer aren't suppose to touch them.
