The ladies working there become family, I should know. From maternity worthy flowy dresses, to professional styling, Activewear to every day clothes, the Torrid Hype Women are willing to set you up to feel like your best plus sized self.
Accompanied my gf here to exchange her jeans, she wasn’t a fan of the style. Very seamless exchange, she also tried on a couple other jeans. The two ladies working that day were very nice, it was later in the day and they had no issues letting us use the dressing rooms. Overall she left happy with 2 pair of jeans.
Return policy should be 90 day, I never wore the boots because they were too small and now I can't return them! Real bad business!

The ladies who worked there were awesome attentive, friendly and helpful. That's what made my first Torrid experience wonderful.
After a rough week with work, I decided to do some retail therapy. I walked in and out of many stores at Tanger Outlet. It was my first visit to this store. Your employees were amazing! They treated each customer as if they were family! Every customer was either smiling or laughing. I will be back. Please have your corporate office send them this message
I went to the Tanger outlets and Destiny and Brianna helped me. They made me feel amazing with their help and empowering words of support. I hate shopping for clothes. They made me not only not hate shopping, they made me enjoy it. I'm thrilled with everything and can't say enough about the service
Took my Mom Shopping here and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. The kind of customer service they gave here was something that is so rare these days. They were attentive but not pushy. The staff truly cared about making my Mom Comfortable, and ensuring that she found what she was looking for. On top of all of that, the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.
