I purchased a Christmas gift from this store in December.  The gift did not work out so I attempted to return the item (brand new, tags attached, exactly as purchased) with receipt and credit card I used at time of purchase.  They refused to return the item and insisted I could only get a store credit!  Store associates were rude & robotic.  I asked to speak to a manager, and was given the Customer Service phone number.  Customer Service claims they only support online orders, and can't do anything to help with in-store purchases.  So - they don't have a Customer Service line.  I won't shop here again.

I went here to exchange the couple  jacket that i bought to mb, reason why i try to exchange em because of the size then i talk to the white tall guy told me to he needs to return em first and put the money back to my account. That's not right for the customer, because i'm just exchange em not return! Don't ever try to deal with that guy name "van" or "ban" his gonna pissed your ass off!
