I'm one of those people who absolutely hates going to the dentist, but my mouth started hurting one day and I decided to suck it up. I didn't already have a dentist since I moved here from Louisiana, so I looked on yelp and saw Dr. Nugent. I went in one day and was so scared that my husband had to take my car keys away because I was going to leave. I told Dr. Nugent that I was really scared and he totally put my mind at ease. I had X - rays done, he looked in my mouth and told me I'd have to have my wisdom teeth taken out. Last thing I wanted to hear since I'm not fond of the dentist. We talked a little, he told my husband and I a little bit about himself, he even sang a few lines of a Frozen song for me! By the time I left his office, I was totally ready for my surgery. He said he could do it, but since I wanted to be totally out for my procedure, he recommended the oral surgeon that he sends his own parents to. I'm kind of excited for my next dental appointment, and I'm pretty happy that I found Dr. Nugent!

All of the staff know you by name on first visit.  Dr. West is so kind and makes a connection with you right off the bat so you feel like he's your friend.  He makes sure to go super slow so that you don't feel the pain of the shots.  Very caring.  Quality work.  Also, no waiting on crowns for two weeks.  They make them on-site same day.  I drive from Clear Lake because they make you feel so comfortable and cared for.

Just an absolute pleasure going to Dr. Nugents office.  The staff are very knowledgeable and I have always enjoyed the hassle free billing and invoicing.  They are very nice to deal with.  I had an apt with Dr.  West.  I had a Crown and 3 fillings done.  He is very gentle with his work and does a fantastic job.  I cannot say enough about him.  He followed up with a phone call that same night to make sure I was doing okay after my procedure.  This office gives you that personal touch that corporate offices do not give you along with the most up to date technology.   I will not take my family to any other dentist!!!

Wonderful experience. Dr. Michael Nugent and his team were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful; all of my questions were answered in detail.
The team members put the well-being and comfort of their patients first and you can clearly tell that they love what they do!

Facility was very nice & clean... All staff members extremely friendly and greet you with a warm welcoming! The hygienist was very sweet & did a great job making sure my little one was comfortable as she got her cleaning. And as in DDS Nugent is great, friendly, professional dentist! He did great oral exam on my little one. He also was very informative, & walked us through every little step in regards to what he was doing & what the next plan would be as we continue to treat my daughter. I was beyond impressed from the moment you walk in (no wait). You walk in, & you immediately get greeted. To the hygienist that was very sweet. To the awesome care you get from the dentist Mr. Nugent. My little girl came out happy & came out with a great experience. I was so pleased with everything in general that I set up an appointment for myself, & my son. I highly recommend this office but most importantly because Mr. Nugent is awesome caring dentist who cares and is passionate about his patients oral care.
