This place is now Stella dental. I don't not recommend any married couples to come to this place! Their is homewrecker working here. And her Name is Delmi,  she is the manager here.  She got into a relationship with one of my good friends HUSBAND. So very unprofessional on her part knowing his married and they have children together. So unless you want your life torn apart by this homewrecker avoid this place.. because that's what she did, she tore  someone's life a part without a second thought of it.

I was a transfer patient from out of state & already had 10 months of orthondontist care. This place tried to say I still needed at least 2 years of care costing $5000. That is ridiculous. Then when I said I was going elsewhere the girl in the office, Dhelmi, threatened to make me pay for the xrays, etc that was provided during the free initial exam. The next major issue I had here was when she told me her office manager shipped my invisalign trays to the new orthodontist & they would arrive the next day. She refused to give me a tracking number. An entire week later & they still had not sent my trays to the new orthodontist. I had the new orthodontist contact Stella/TX Family Dental Care & Dhelmi personally delivered them to the new orthodontist showing that she is a liar & not to be trusted.  I absolutely do not recommend this place unless you're ok with price gouging & dishonesty. I went to Dr Sarah Lowe on Fairmont Pkwy for my orthodontist needs & she is fantastic & priced well! Good luck!

My grandmother, a Pasadena resident, has raved about her experience with Dr. Jae Kwak.  All her life she has been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Kwak has changed that, my grandmother LOVES Dr. Kwak.  She describes him as a genuinely nice individual, who works great with kids.  Highly recommended.

I have been going to Texas Dental for 9yrs
I have always had a great experience with
Dr. Kwak. He his great with my kids ! And I recommend him to friends and family.

My experience here was good... The staff or very nice to both my kids... They were quick and easy consider my daughter feelings and thoughts. Encourage her and try  so hard not be the bad guy definitely recommend... ^.^ way better then south texas dental on Tidwell
