I went to the edgebrook south Texas dental over 2 months ago for the supposedly discounted dental cleaning for 40$ well all they did was exams and they didn’t do the dental cleaning they gave me some papers saying that just for simple stuff and an extraction of one wisdom tooth. So with the discounted offer they gave me, since I didn’t had dental insurance they were gonna charge me over $2,000 and they said just whenever you have the money come back so we can start working on your teeth, I said ok so then she said it’s 50$ so she charged my card the 50$ when they didn’t do nothing to me, OK I ALREADY KNEW I NEEDED MY WISDOM TOOTH REMOVED AND ABOUT THE FILLINGS THAT I NEEDED IN 3 of my teeth so they charged me 50$ just for telling me something I already knew, I paid them and I left, of course I never went back. Today Feb 17th 2018 I receive a that paper on the picture I post with this review to show everybody how they are trying to charge me another 20$. I called to ask what’s the reason they want to get another 20$ of me and no one ever answers the phone wth such a scams be careful people, some dental places all they want is money.

Staff is friendly and Dr Abbaraju is great! Dr explained well my treatment plan. She was gentle taking care of my cavity. Definitely will recommend.

Very upset because they are very unprofessional. The receptionist never answer the phone, they promise to give you a call back and won’t. I went in and was charged to just be told they can’t do anything. I then called to go back and was promised by the receptionist that i would have a procedure done that i needed done asap. I could have gone to another place but they promised to see me sooner. I get there and they tell me they would have to call me and schedule me back in for my insurance to accept it. And would call me that same day to tell me if my insurance was going to cover the procedure. I called them 3 times and they answered the last time and told me she was going to call me right back. She didn’t. I called and they didn’t answer. I’ve been trying to call them all week and still no answer. Their office is open but they put you straight to their voicemail. I call at all times of the day in hopes of an answer. There is no possible way they are too busy to answer any time of the day.

Love the staff very nice and the dentist he’s very nice and good with kids. Very fast service.
