My experience shopping here was pleasant with the merchandise selection but they are lacking with customer service. There are usually only two cashiers staffed until the line is way back and a third person jumps in. The last couple of times I have shopped here there were several items not priced or they rang up incorrectly. This is really frustrating especially with the long wait in lines. I understand that labor may be constrained here so hopefully corporate will understand that they need more hands on deck. It would be awesome to visit a craft store and actually find someone able to help answer questions when starting a new project, after all they should be the ones to turn to...right?

I love Michaels!! Always something new and exciting to explore. It's even more fun because they have so many things on sale all the time!!

Parking lot is a little small. I have got some good deals in there. It's well stocked. The line as been long the times I've been in there. I would recommend checking it out.

It's too bad this location is such a pain in the butt to get to because of the mall and highway traffic because this craft store is way better than hobby lobby. As an artist I prefer to shop here rather than the hobby lobby across the street next to walmart. Prices are usually better with a coupon, which you can always look up online. Unfortunately, the selection for artist quality materials isn't always great but they usually have something very close to what I'm looking for. It's no Joannes but they do have some pretty great sales.
