I don't know about others experiences. Our experience at this store has been great! They fit my kids with wider feet into the perfect shoes for school. When my mother bought some and they gave her problems they helped her identify what might be the problem AND allowed her to return the shoes. Everyone we've worked with was polite and patient in trying on different sizes and types of shoes as well.

Just drove over on Sunday not realizing they close at 4 pm.  As I walked in the greeting was "You have about thirty seconds we are closing".  I wanted a pair of size 9 wide 928's.  I made a u turn and thanked them for chasing me out of their store.  I think about three more people followed me in, I wonder how they were greeted.

I will never shop at this location.

Let me begin by saying that this is a review of the store it's self not the shoe, I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes. This Store has a very limited selection of shoes to choose from. I tried three on 6 different shoes out not because I didn't like the first pair or the second ones but because the did not have my size, a very common men's size 10. I had to purchase ones I was not 100℅ happy with because they were the only 574 in a 10 they had. And when you offer over 20+ shoe styles in a 574 you would think you would carry more than two styles to choose from.

Ever since I got a pair of New Balance runners several years ago, I've been hooked! This location had a knowledgeable staff member that helped me quickly find a new pair that will serve as a fitting replacement for my 730s! My experience is just another example of why I'm now loyal to New Balance going forward!
