Great place to find all kinds of craft stuff. staff tends to know what they have and location. I wish they put a little bit of more energy into helping people but they seemed to be on a timeline. when they do help, they can be very helpful and come up with new ideas.

This store is a 50/50 in terms of service. I find that some employees go above and beyond trying to help with anything that they can, but other times they almost seem allowed that you ask a question regarding product in their store. For example, I went in looking for a fabric glue once and the employee I asked pointed me to the area with the glue. I asked if there was one that was good for adhering fabric to other materials, and her response was to read the bottle. Fair enough, I had already read but was asking for clarification, which she responded it does what the bottle says. Maybe me, but I expect some sort of attempt at pretending to care about customers. At other times, I've had exceptional service with their custom framing and framing supplies. Cashier service is a mixed bag too, but tends to lean towards slow and uncaring.

It's a great place to shop for crafts and supplies for projects! They offer many different products that range from very well known and professional brands to kids' supplies- I greatly recommend it. Although it can get a bit pricy, it is overall amazing quality things.

Lots of craft supplies and other fun stuff. Clean store, helpful staff, but kinda pricey. even for the stuff made in China.
