I have to admit, I do not come here unless I have  searched online and order it for express pick up. Doing this has saved me time and money by not having to search for stuff and/or getting distracted and buy other things. I would say they have what I need about 87.3% of the time. Never had a problem picking up anything, just wait for the email confirming it is.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for a while now and normally there customer service desk line is short however yesterday it seemed busier then usual. Which wasn’t an issue since I witnessed one of the workers hit by a customer with a pool noddle thingy! For the employees defense they had been nothing but nice so I’m not sure what made the lady snap. Regardless every time I had gone here there wasn’t an issue. Luis from garden I think is really helpful every time I go so kudos to the employees for keeping their cool and keeping the store the cleanest I’ve seen. They have made me a customer for life!

I like how they have so many workers to help you but at times it’s also kinda hard to get some help when you do really need it but still very good place to shop!

Need more staff for appliances, especially on busy weekends. Customer service was pretty helpful with my return. No hassle. Usually are stocked with what I need. Only occasional good deal on clearance, but check their ads...that's where they put their real good buys.
