I just switched my service from T-Mobile last night at this store.  They were super cool and friendly. Bryan, Frank and Tiffany helped me.  
The wait time was less than 2 minutes compared to other sprint stores which can be over an hour long! that was was nice. Overall good experience.

Was having fears and confusion about the end of my phone lease cuz I’m financially strapped right now. Staff was really warm and store manager came over and personally helped me understand my options. Long story short I got it all taken care of with minimal pain. Really like that store. And thanks to the cute manager! I think his name is Frank. Hubba hubba!

Just wanted to say hands down the best customer service ive ever had in the past 7 years that ive been with sprint! Sergio answered all of my questions i had about my plan and even upgraded my wifes phone to an iphone, now we facetime my youngest daughter in wisconsin curently attending college! Went from samsung to iphone and never going back!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
Came in here so excited was about to get 3 phones. Store empty and 3 employees.  employee william ortega was so rude and kept talking over me he got me so frustrated I left. as I was leaving mngr Frank asked wat happened I told him and he didnt give a hoot and said nothing just kep eating his ice cream.  They refused to give me my paper back where i wrote the info down of my phone lines. Very very bad customer service.
