There has to be a better way to handle business than this. I had my contents policy cancelled right after I paid for it because the underwriter (Kerry/Keri Pearson?) claimed that my phone was disconnected when she called (leading her to believe that my house was vacant). She had my CELL PHONE number, which I explained to her was never disconnected and I am on the greeting of my voicemail. I have no record of a call and no voicemail. She most likely never called, or dialed the wrong number, and didn't take any further steps to verify that I actually moved in. Contents insurance is pretty important and I would have hoped to AT LEAST get a "we couldn't reach you" please call to verify letter or an email before cancelling my policy?! It's 2017! But I'm 100% sure this was an error on her part--I received multiple letters with different cancellation dates and no reasons listed. So I am currently uninsured and have to start a new policy due to inefficiency.  Her response was "you received the cancellation notice so I guess you live there, you can call to get a new policy".

Great rates....but RUDE staff. They have NO manners....cannot say hello or thank you or goodbye. If you lack people skills, please get a job where you DO NOT have to speak to customers. C'mon now....isn't that just plain common sense?

I called to get assistance with finding an agent. She replied don’t you have a phone you can google agents in your zip code. No customer service training at all smh.

I am unhappy with this insurance. I cannot get on their website to make a payment & Also to make a payment over the phone. Very dissatisfied

Every time I call the company it's a constant loop. I never get through to anyone. I constantly get the run around. The system keeps booting me off. and I can never get any where. I guess you get what you pay for.
