Michigan Title did the closing on a house I closed on last July. At closing, the paperwork had to be redone. After closing, I found they didn't pay the city taxes on the house. They also miscalculated the daily rent money I got from the sellers. Finally, they never paid the penalties on the late tax bill and I'm still fighting with them on that. They do not pay attention to details. Highly disappointed.

The people who work here r very polite. We closed on our mortgage fairly quick.

Michigan Title treats you like family. They're respectful, professional, and they have the best cookies.

We singed our first mortgage here and they were friendly and professional in the service they gave. They had drinks for us and snacks. I would not hesitate to use them again.
