I love it here. Dr. Dasher is fantastic and the rest of the staff is amazing as well. One of the PA's actually discovered a heart condition in my daughter that we had otherwise had no idea about. I am so grateful for them.

I was seen promptly, staff was very friendly. I read other reviews and wonder if they actually visited this office. GREAT JOB by everyone from the checkin to the check out.

Ugh. Yikes. There's a few diamonds in the rough here, but overall? Not worth it. The wait times can be incredibly long, but ultimately, there's no reward - you'll receive service that's usually pretty subpar or uninterested. Instead of being referred to a specialist for pressing health issues, I was told they were either unimportant or to deal with them in some menial way like taking over the counter pills for issues I'm now seeing specialists for. I heard nurses gossip about patients and each other based on 'negative physical attributes' is all I'm going to say.

When I finally went to transfer away, it was a nightmare, as I had an incredibly difficult time getting my records over despite having pressing health issues. This office offered pretty much no help.

To the one or two good doctors who do work here? Please just leave so this place can finally dissolve or whatever it's going to do so people can't be this ignorant about leaving their healthcare in such poor hands.

Take care of yourself people, pick a good doctor and a good office. You deserve better than this.

Seriously the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. I have never been so embarrassed and so frustrated in my life. This secretary is screaming at me about my medicaid (that i don't have)  and as I try to explain I don't have Medicaid but pay for my insurance through my work she continues to tell me to call my caseworker. I again explain I DO NOT HAVE MEDICAID OR A CASEWORKER BUT A COMPANY HMO. She tells me that i need to leave and because my insurance is no good all while the waiting room is full and other patients are starting to get uncomfortable. I go sit down and she continues to laugh and make fun of me while the window is open people start laughing. I call my insurance company who them verified with the woman in the front that i do have insurance and the receptionist hangs up on her. I honestly could have lost it. Instead i explained my frustrations to my doctor and how my hippa rights were violated and he just apologized for my inconvenience. Time for a new office.

Horrible!! Everyone in that building is completely rude! I called to get an appointment for my broken foot,  they madr my appointment with dr. Katie for the next morning,  I go in 15 minutes early with no one else in the waiting room. Everyone was getting called in before me, so after waiting a half an hour in the waiting room by myself and my kids, and so after another 15 minutes after my original appointment I asked the clerk why it was taking so long and she told me that my insurance had a different person than who they were having me see and that I needed to change my doctor right there in the office before I could even be seen! I was so furious I jusy walked out! How can they do that??
