If I could give zero I would. Have been sitting waiting for a work drug screen for 2 hours. That is ridiculous. It happens everytime I come to this place.

Went there for a physical required by prospective employer. Never was given paperwork to be filled out by my personal physician before I was cleared for work. This place claims I initialed that I received the said paperwork, but only thing I initialed for was receipt of drug screen authorization. I had to go twice to pick up paperwork because the first time they didn't inform that I required two forms to be filled out and not one. Therefore, had to see the Doctor on 2 seperate occasions as well. If I had truly been given the paperwork, why would I have needed to go pick it up? People who work there are idiots, morons, and liars. If your employer wants you to go here for a physical, do yourself a favor and request to go somewhere else that hopefully does not have incompetent people working there like Covenant Occupational Health of Saginaw, Michigan.

Had to do all necessary screens for drug, TB, physical...  The NP who came to me was very rude, had a demeaning and "scoffing" attitude when I tried to tell her things.  I was treated like I was worth less than nothing rather than a human being.  I registered complaints with the Case Manager and my company about how horrible it was.  I left the place in tears.  Never have I been treated so poorly by a health care "professional".  Never again.

Paid $75 to be treated like a child and called fat. As if I didn't already know I was fat (I thought I'd been pregnant for the last 20 years).

I had to get my work drug test and physical there and ended up having to go three times.  Their sheet for the drug test said they are open until 5 p.m. but they were gone by 4:30 on Wednesday. On Thursday, after my physical upstairs I came back down for my drug test as the nurse upstairs told me to do but the lady down there told me I was all set to leave.  Later that night, they called me saying I still needed my drug test so I had to run back again for my drug test.  It's a pain for a college kid to waste all that gas when I live a half hour away. EDIT: The person who did my test was very nice and the results came quickly after I actually tested.
