Worst doctors office ever!!! I have been a patient there for years and I regret every second. They never answer the phone and when they do you get transferred to a voicemail where no one ever calls back. The wait times are horrible. They always mess up my rx. The receptions are very unprofessional. I have been forgotten in the waiting. The doctor once went home and forgot to see me. I could go on for days. I would not recommend this doctors office to my worst enemy.

I don’t even know what or how to describe this place with nice words. For one I am currently sitting here in the room waiting for the doctor (appointment was at 8:45 remind you place doesn’t even open until 9 making me one of the first patients to arrive, but also the second one back in the room) it’s is now 9:45. I don’t understand how it takes a WHOLE HR for Dr. Stevens to get back to me having only to ask a few couple question so I can get my medicine refilled (this is a 3 month check up). When I do see her it usually take 5 mins tops! I have not only had a problem with long wait time here, but also the ma who is in charge of taking phone calls to refill a prescription. ONE USUALLY THERE IS NO ANSWER, TWO IF THERE IS AN ANSWER SHE STILL HAS TO GET BACK WITH YOU, or THREE SHE WILL TAKE MORE THAT 48 HOURS TO CALL BACK! Then not only does that make me upset I have to then voice my opinion over the phone with the front desk due to the lack of communication. With that being said I might not be the nicest over the phone but I try, I have been put in my place by one of the front desk ladies more than once, actually have been hung up on before with her giving me the instructions that the doctor will not fill my medicine until fill date (which it was, but some people obviously cross their line of education and think they are the doctors themselves) coming to find out the prescription was filled the night before but I never got a call back from the ma stating the prescription was filled. All and all after today I have made the decision to stop seeing Dr.Stevens due to the lack of understanding how to run a doctors office. This is a joke and honestly a waste of my time!

I see Melissa Neely PAC and she is fantastic! I have never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, and  she really listens to me.  She is a wonderful, caring and respectful doctor!  After being misdiagnosed thru the ER, she found my real issues at my "follow up" visit.  I credit her with saving my life!   I would never go anywhere else!

I see all these bad reviews and i dont believe they are for the doctors office but they are for maybe the clinic which is a seperate entity, i have been a patient for over 3 years and have never waited longer than 10 minutes, the doctors here are very knowledgeable and caring.
