Don't even bother calling. Called for a week straight and sent emails about a vehicle I was interested in. They never answer or get back to you. Next week the vehicle was gone. Looks like I'm buying a car somewhere else.

I went to this place because they had a 2013 Buick Regal for sale. Asked the guy who I'm assuming is the manager or owner and he seemed somewhat agitated and was making weird eye contact with me while licking his lips non stop which made me feel very uncomfortable . I can't believe the customer service with this place. I started to walk away and then he started walking towards my car at a quick pace so I rushed out of there so fast and I'll never go back. Very sketchy place.

Very rude! Can’t sell cars only to people in Michigan?  Couldn’t not explain himself on why he couldn’t sell to anyone else but Michigan State people.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I called and spoke with a guy Assume it was owner or manager about a 2012 Cadillac Escalade they have posted on AutoTrader. He seemed irritated by my questions about the history of the vehicle. He provided very vague answers and then abruptly hung up on me. To many red flags for my liking.

Called with cash in hand to buy a car was told on the phone they do not sell to Ohio residents due to too much paperwork. Took my money somewhere else.

Easy to work with test drove vehicle and purchased same day with out any issues

Place is a joke rude customer service just called to buy a Chevy and the associate that picked up the phone was rude and unprofessional will be buying else where
