Bought a vehicle in april... June the a.c. compressor went out, they had my car for a week, told me parts that were wrong and then when I called back to check because I never get a update call I ask about the parts being out in and they tell me "oh the mechanic was just guessing that was the problem" and find out it wasn't even close to the issues wrong with my car. After a week I get a call that it's all set and ready and 4 days later I have no heat and it's been in the shop for 4 days already and still no call. Thankfully it's all covered under my warranty but a call would be nice and correct info would be greatly appreciated. Salesmen were great through all this but the service department sucks
