Very excellent service! I spoke with a few people and they were very helpful. Johnny was the guy that really hooked me up at a reasonable price and didn't give me the run around. I appreciate the help that I got with my dinky laptop and they made my visit friendly and fun. I wasn't very pleasant, I will admit, but they made my day by fixing my laptop and I will be buying a new laptop from them in the near future. 

Some of those guys were eye candy for sure. Will be returning for updates and new laptop. :) Thanks guys for making a sad girl happy.

PC Laptops really does love your wallet! Took my dinosaur PC into the SLC store today hoping to get my PC fixed. I met with Dan who seemed knowledgeable. He told me my hard drive, mother board, fans, etc were all dead and that it would be just as expensive to replace the parts as it would to buy the same brand PC. Without doing anything more than plugging my PC to a screen to see if it would start up, Dan then started his sales pitch. Tried to convince me to buy a $2,300.00 PC or a $1,200.00 used PC (without a lifetime warranty). I really only wanted my PC repaired, but PC laptops doesn't care what I want if I don't want to buy a new PC. So I took my PC to another location and found out that my hard drive was bad, but everything else was fine. The other location was also able to find important files on my hard drive that I want saved. All this at a fraction of the cost PC laptops wanted. My advice, before buying anything from PC laptops get a second opinion if you only want a repair and don't want to be pressured into buying one of their computers.

I came to PC Laptops with what I and Dustin, their lead tech, thought was a simple software upgrade fix. It turned out to be a black hole.  Dustin patiently worked through the issue without tearing his hair out - he must be a Zen master - until it got resolved.  Kudos for his expertise and persistence.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience working with Johnny at the State St. Store. I had dropped my laptop and he helped me sort out the damage and gave me well informed options on how to proceed in terms of fixing or replacing it. PC laptops had a great selection of replacement laptops, and can custom order anything you need. Wonderful business and quality employees!

Mike from Murray store went above and beyond my expectation to resolve issue with my computer and previous experience. I was very hesitant to go back but after talking with Shane I decided to give them one more chance. Its so nice having the peace of mind knowing they will take care of you. PC Laptops is on the top of my list for when I buy a new computer.
