Nicole bent over backwards to help us when our new computer died. She made sure that, even though we walked in frustrated with the situation, we left knowing that someone heard our frustration and did everything she could to make it better. Kudos to her for that and for keeping us loyal to the brand.

Dan and team are always great! Everyone is very personable and they all provide excellent customer service. After numerous bad experiences at local Best Buy's, I won't purchase a laptop anywhere other than here.

The perfect store! Went there today, because the charging cable of my old Surface Pro 1 docking station was broken (Yes, I am still rocking that thing on my trip far from homeland Germany). They replaced it, just like that. And on top of that I could try out the new Surface Laptop and the brand new Surface Pro, which was announced this very morning (!). They all were very friendly and went the extra mile for me. Thanks again, Dan and Team! Keep it up!

These folks sold me a computer I like and we're able to help me when the computer started acting up. Alinson and everyone else is super helpful!

Outstanding service. Immediately gave me replacements for two failed devices (MS band 2 - torn wrist band; and kinect for xbox one - failed after 2 years of use). No hassles. No questions. Shockingly good support.
