After our first night, we decided to cancel our reservation as the room was super small, and we can barely walk. The manager decided to charge us for two whole nights, thought we have spent less than 12 hours in the property. The Breakfast was skimpy. It really is a one star hotel and except for the location, it has nothing going on right for them. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably a spring mattress. If you are sensitive to allergies, I'd stay away. I'd avoid it at all costs and spend a few bucks more on the nearby hotels.

Very nice "high end budget" hotel. It was clean, though carpet could have used updating. Bathroom was very clean. Nice patio on the back lawn with a gas grill, didn't need to use it but was a nice option not normally found in motels. Good location, easy access to highways and downtown.

At first I was a bit uncertain about staying at the Microtel, especially since they were almost half the price of the other hotels in the area. After reading the reviews on Google I decided to give it a chance; I'm glad that I did. The staff were friendly and accommodating, three grounds were well kept, everything looked new or updated, there were no bedbugs when we got to the room and checked (after an encounter with them some years back we always check now as soon as we get a room). The only downfall that I could find is that the pillows were extremely firm; I felt as though I were sleeping on a couch and using the arm as a pillow.

Staying for business for 2 weeks. Great breakfast and fresh cookies daily! Pleasant employees! Close to everything!

Nice place normally was in town for an event price gouged us really bad when confronted staff stated to bad management policy
