I've dropped in a few times here, and always enjoy their classes.  The coaches are focused on making the classes fun, while providing useful tips on form and pushing you to go a little harder.  Also, as a drop in, they do a great job of making you feel welcome with a class full of people you don't know.

Crossfit 248 makes me to WANT to workout everyday! Great people & great coaches who truly care about your success. 100% would recommend this box to anyone! I have seen HUGE differences in a very short amount of time and couldn't feel better!

I've dropped in at 20+ CrossFit boxes around the world and CrossFit 248 is by far one of my favorites. Awesome facility and equipment, great coaches, and super friendly people. If you are looking for a new gym, I highly recommend CrossFit 248.
