I received a card in the mail that it was time to schedule a 6 month follow up.  Previous test revealed cyst in my breast and this 6 month follow up is to see if anything has changed and if indeed they are cancerous.  As you can imagine there is a bit of anxiety here... I left a message at the end of September.  I called again the first of October, left another message... finally talked with a Kim who had no idea what type of test needed to be scheduled and stated she would check with Becky who would be in the office the following day.  Kim stated she would call me back... which she never did.  I had to call several times, leaving several more messages and NOT ONE call was returned!  I called again today and spoke with Kim (only because she answered the phone)... once again she needs to check with Becky (thanks for following through on that LAST week... WOW) and will "return my call" tomorrow.  I'm not holding my breath.  I find the lack of concern & professionalism horrible!
