Been here a year.
Great staff.  However, I'm old school (65 years young). If it's a 24 hr Fitness facility then building needs to be kept up as long.  Repairs still need to be addressed in bathrooms that were carried over from old mgmt.  And phones need to be answered.  Or turn down music?  Still my gym though.
