I've taken my car in a few times, and they seem like reasonable people. The service has been good, and very quick as well. The mechanics are friendly and willing to explain what's going on and let you make your own decisions. I plan on coming back here.

There are a few honest guys here, but there is at least one manager that is a total liar. He did everything he could to get out of rotating my tires, which I paid for. First, he tried telling me that the better tires should go on the front of the truck. I don't know where this guy got his mechanics license. Then, when I told him to no, he told me my lugs were swollen and they couldn't fit a wrench on them, and could replace them for a very high fee. I had him show me, and he brought an 18 mm wrench and showed it didn't fit. I later investigated and found out it is a 19 mm nut anyway (kicking myself for not demanding he try that on the spot). On top of all that, he still charged me for the rotation and not just the oil change.

I came in after my truck started roaring whenever I gave it gas; I expected it to be a major problem with the exhaust.  After two minutes on the lift, the guys figured out that I was missing an oxygen regulator cap (if I remember correctly) and they happened to have a spare one lying around.  They put it on free of charge and I was on my way within minutes.  BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Great, friendly and efficient service. Had a weird grinding noise with my car today and they squeezed me in on short notice. A tech rode along with me for a sound analysis and he was quickly able to identify the problems. The analysis was supposed to cost $32 but I was thrilled that they waived the fee when I elected to have the service done(brakes and rotors).The best thing about the visit was that they physically showed me the problem before just telling me what I had to have done. Also, the estimated wait time was an hour and a half for service and I was out in 45 minutes.
