They are amazing! The front desk staff were so helpful and walked me through the process of going with them for my insurance claim. Car looked really nice and brand new after they fixed my bumper. Definitely going through them for future car repairs and recommending them to others! Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

The people were fantastic to work with. They understand about your attachment to your vehicle and work with you through the long process of paperwork, insurance companies, and rental cars. Renewing your vehicle can feel like a huge and hard journey, so their care and attention to making sure you understand everything was a blessing.

Excellent customer service! Repaired my bumper cover while I waited and refused to take payment, even though it took most of an hour!  I would recommend this small local shop to anyone as they go above and beyond what is necessary to make the customer happy.  They will continue to get my business for years to come.

I have been coming to them for years every time my car got damaged. John is very friendly and his rates are reasonable. This is the only place I will go to.

City Body Shop has the most caring and helpful staff, and restored my faith in humanity. The staff went above and beyond after my car was totaled. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of road side assistance in the Rockford area. I couldn't be more relieved or happier- considering the circumstances. Thank you all again!
