Brought in my old truck which had numerous issues. Numerous vacuum leaks on the 4WD system was not easy to identify. They fixed my brakes, exhaust, 4WD, and electrical issue. Wasn't cheap, but had to be done. Tim and crew were nice to deal with and worked hard to get my truck fixed. I am a technician by trade and fully understand how by fixing one thing another issue pops up. As frustrating as this may be, often times all the problems cannot be identified until the first problem is fixed. I appreciated Tim's willingness to work with me and let me know what was going on all along the way.

Not worth your money. If you live in the port orchard area I recommend going to Meineke on Mile Hill. They have a new owner and new people. I went here and got laught out of the parking lot. The mechanics are not very helpful and the  front counter guy was not any help. I went to my neighbor and he help me fix the issues in little as 14 Minutes. A lot less then the $230+ price quote I was given. 

The cooperation of Midas needs to come down and hire people who care about helping people and not about money. For example I got a oil change here payed $150 oil oil filter. I go to Walmart pay $89 same  oil same filter plus a vacuum inside my car and they cleaned the windows. 

I wouldn't send any one to this place tell it is clean up. Rude people money hungry and non helpful. Don't believe the copy and paste response. I have documentation of my over priced work that was done and quotes. 

If you like Midas go to Bremertons they will take care of you much better then POs.

I felt compelled to write a good review after seeing a few bad ones on here because I think they are a bit better than what some of the unhappy customers have made them seem. I've been going here for about a year and a half for basic stuff like oil change/tire rotation etc. I had one bigger job involving a bearing they performed for me which was around $600 but they were the cheapest I could find for that specific job. I had an extended warranty that coverer it and the lead mechanic made all the paperwork super easy and was very descriptive of what exactly was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I have always been respectful to them and they are always just as respectful in return so I have never had any issues there, which is why I am kind of surprised to see negative comments about that. Anyways, hope this helps.

I normally will give anyone a first chance to deliver on service commitments, but after reading all the negative reviews I will make an exception. I'm new to the area and have been urged by family and co worker to go directly to Kitsap muffler. A name like Midas used to mean something.
