I would have to say this is one of, if not the best Auto Shop in Port Orchard. They are very often packed to capacity and worth the wait. Walt's makes sure you are well informed with what is going on with your vehicle and how the repairs are coming along. I have tried a few of the other Auto shops in town and Walt's is the only place so far that has made me feel secure in the quote and work. I hate to say it like that, as it makes it sound like the other places are deceptive when they aren't, they just do not freely provide details that the people at Walt's do.

TLDR: My preferred auto shop.

Just all around great service and price! If you want your car fixed right and at reasonable price Walt's is the place.  Great job fellas!!

Walt's has truly been amazing shop to deal with... especially when previous shops had given improper diagnosis for issues leading to my car basically exploding on me. They even went the extra mile for me in dealing with a warranty company trying to screw me out of payment on a valid claim. My claim was ultimately denied and after Mr. Damion got on the line with gwc and shared some encouraging input i got a call that same day you let me know they would be paying. I cannot say enough good things about this shop to fully convey just how amazing they all are.  Thank you so much Damion and crew... you guys really were life savers!

Took our truck in on a Friday to get spark plugs replaced, we need the work done by Tuesday and were assured they could have it done by then. When we went to pick it up Tuesday AM, they told us they told us they had trouble getting a plug out and if they broke the plugs it would be extra. No call, no email just suprise. This is the second time they have forgot to tell me something important that created extra charges.

I love my car ('91 Honda Accord LX) but I had an issue pop up that was keeping me from commuting to my job. They got me in the same day and kept me updated the whole time. They picked me up and dropped me off and handled everything professionally with a friendly manner. Thank you guys so much.

I have experienced horrible service with various mechanics in the past, due to my lack of knowledge and the fact I'm a female. I went in with a negative disposition and these guys proved that not all mechanics are like that! I look forward to doing buisness with you in the future. Thanks for taking care of me and my car!
