Brian, Ruben and Travis worked tirelessly to get us into the perfect truck for our landscaping company! I'll recommend them over and over! Honesty is a rare quality when dealing with car dealers and it seems to come in spades at Port orchard Ford!! Check out Fords rebates and low interest! I was genuinely surprised at the fact that they were about to get us into a brand new Ford! My husband is self employed and they were able to work with that!

Tony was absolutely awesome and made the car buying experience stress free. He was very to be point and honest which is sometimes hard to find in a car dealer. They even accommodated us with a loaner car due to a funky situation. I would definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Tony! He was the best.

My husband and I just went in to look and compare vehicles we might want in the future, and ended up getting a truck that day. Rueben, Travis, Monty, and Erin did an AMAZING job of getting us qualified, taking our trade in, and getting us into a vehicle we actually wanted rather than one we just sort of settled for because it suited our needs at the time. I would highly recommend Bruce Titus Ford to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience rather than feeling pressured into buying something you might not actually want. Incredibly professional but also laid back and down to earth. An all around great experience!!

People are more likely to say what went wrong rather than what went right. That being said: This was the easiest least stressful car purchase I have ever had. Friendly staff that knew what they were doing. There were no "glitches" anywhere. I was able to get the car I wanted for a good price. I was able to have as part of the package ongoing benefits for my car to keep it running and looking good for a long time. I was expecting a rough experience in buying a car and I would have told you about it just like everyone else would, but I can't. See my addendum. Not so good. I am am able to recommend this dealership without reservation. 😄 Bruce Titus Ford Port Orchard WA I bought a charger in January. On Thursday I had to drive 3 hours in the rain. That night I opened the trunk on my new car and found my clothes and everything else soaking wet. Today I'm home and opened the trunk to dry out- behold! They knew about the problem and had caulked the area around the spare tire- a lot of caulking. So much for full disclosure to the buyer.

Came in on Memorial Day weekend, looking to buy an Explorer. Saw people walking around with and without customers. Strolled the grounds looking at vehicles and not one associate greeted us or even said they would help us at some point. Being a PO resident and trying to shop local, I would have appreciated some support.
