I recently took my car in to see about having the brakes replaced. I was told by a friend it sounded like they needed to be changed.  After looking over my car for about 1/2 hour, the technician told me that I still had 90% of my brake pads left and that my car was in really good shape and needed nothing!  Never heard that from a car repair place before.  In my mind, I knew that they could have told me they needed replacing and I would never have been any the wiser.  Very refreshing to hear the truth and I will definitely be using them when my car does need some repair in the future!!

I started becoming a customer when i came in for a water pump and they were understandable. Today my car wasnt starting right and it was fixed. There doing right by the people who come in. Shout out to mark and there team.

This place used to be great!! But today I came in for a break check and the guy behind the desk who is the franchise owner was really rude! Didnt follow company guidelines and wanted all my personal info like address etc. I dont give that out, ever! I told him he was being rude and I think I will go some where else. He started to complain about he needs to make money and cant follow company directive due to that. Hmmm I will going elsewhere.
Thank you for the heads up cause I font want to be a patron of a biz with that kind of service. BYe!

UPDATE: 
Called the Midas in MKE on Greenfield and they said they do FREE break inspections where they take the wheels off and everything. The West Allis owner is charing $22 for this FREE inspection.
