Took a chance going here solely based on their reviews and I see why they are rated so highly, Nick and Megan are great people to work with I've recommended them to multiple friends and family members. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed.

Pope Auto is awesome to work with.  Got a quote quickly, parts were ordered and work done very fast.   Nick is awesome to work with.   I had new tires and rims put on my truck.  Along with 2" leveling kit and new running boards.   Will come back and highly recommended.

I found Nick and Megan through these Google review. The short answer is that they do incredible work, they're fairly priced, honest and transparent with the whole process. 

The long answer is that I found Pope Auto Worx about a month ago when I hit a huge pot hole. After I'd had the tire and rim repaired I brought my 1998 Expedition in for what I hoped would be just a rear alignment. 

After Nick looked at my Expedition he informed me that the rear axle shaft
was bent and he wasn't sure if it was just the shaft or the axle case as well. Once the shaft arrived he opened the differential and saw that all the gears were destroyed and that the axle housing was damaged and that I needed a replacement. 

Nick had a used axle delivered, installed it and sent me on my way. Unfortunately when I left the shop I noticed a huge shuddering in the driveline. I took it back to the shop the next day and left it with Nick. He called an hour later with news that the clutch packs were what was causing the issue. He explained that  it happens sometimes with used parts from the boneyard. 

As someone who takes very good care of his vehicles I could not stand to have my truck drive this way and requested him to maybe the necessary repairs. This is where it gets great, Nick called the boneyard and got them to knock off almost 25% on the axles, enough to cover most of the parts. He had no obligation to do so but that extra step is what separates a good business from a great one. 

I'm now going to pick up my Expedition from the last bit of work where he replaced the ball joints, tie rods and shocks. All told I've spent almost $4k with them this month but the truck runs better than it ever has. 

I also love how they update you daily on how your vehicle is coming along. As a new resident of Wisconsin I really needed a great shop and I've found it with Pope Auto Worx. I've already plans for some additional work I'd  like(instead of need) completed before fall. 

I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else now that I've found Pope Auto Worx. If you need something fixed then do not hesitate to contact them. I may even be bringing my sister's car up here from IL to have Pope work on it.

Update: I've now had my Expedition back for a week. The truck runs better than it has since I've owned it. I'm taking it back in next week so Nick can install an aftermarket steering stabilizer.
