My daughter, sadly, chipped her front tooth. I was able to get her in the next day. The front desk woman isn't friendly at all...but that's okay I had minimal interaction with her, thankfully. We didn't wait long to see a dentist. They were all very informative as to what to expect with her tooth and explained our options, the dental assistant we super sweet to my hysterical toddler! The office is kid friendly; they enjoyed being able to choose their reward after the visit.

They are amazing their staff is very professional,kind, helpful and does well with the kids as well as giving information to the parents...my daughter had the pleasure.of having Mrs.K she is amazing and was great with my daughter. This place gets packed from early and may have to wait a little longer than expected but trust its worth the wait. Get your kids here if you want a great dentist

We were referred here after my 5 year old had some anxiety at the regular dentist. Ashley at the front was nice enough to help me schedule his appointment when the offices wasn't open after I had issues with the call center. My son still had the same anxiety at Dentistry for Children, but Michele was wonderful with him. She did not baby him (which I hate), but calmly and playfully explained what was going on and was patient until he cooperated. She gave me step by step on the proper way to help him brush and even ended up adressing some issues with his teeth standing by the sink leaning over him, instead of making him nervous in the chair again. Dr. Brad was quick but thorough. My son will be sedated there for fillings and Michele ensured I had complete knowledge and comfort with the procedure. My only issue was with the impatience of the lady working the call center. She spoke down to me when I didn't know all the dentist procedures and was telling me unnecessary steps I needed to complete, which ended in me just hanging up.  I went to the local Mcdonough office and had a great experience with my son.

My 5 yr old loves the place. However, it's a nightmare experience for me. The wait time is ridiculous! And it's always this way. You will wait in the lobby for at least 45 min after your scheduled appointment, where you will go into another large room and wait another 30-45 min.

Dr. Brad is very nice. However, the front desk has issues with scheduling. At my daughter's last appointment in October, we made her next appointment for six months later. Less than a week before the appointment, we found out they had "misplaced" her appointment. Why schedule six months in advance just to have appointment "misplaced?" Now my daughter is being squeezed in on an inconvenient day for us.

*Update: Just received a surprise bill from October 2015 for $135 and it is now May 2017! My daughter has been there two more visits (six months apart) after that visit and no balance has EVER been mentioned to us. Our insurance covers our dental visits every six months, so it's ridiculous to be receiving this bill over a year and a half after the visit in question!
