Dr. Colbert took great care of me both visits I’ve had. She answered all of my questions and even scheduled my oral surgery consult for me. She is very nice & tried to be gentle when getting in between my teeth. I didn’t have any pain whatsoever during my treatment and I would recommend you ask for her when you go. Everyone there was very pleasant and the wait time isn’t too long.

First experience I had a 2:00 appointment for a cleaning & a 3:30 appointment for a Crown Prep. They did not start my Crown Prep until 4:15 and I ended up leaving the office without a cleaning. ... the Temp Crown falls out as soon as I leave the dental office. I had to go back the next day to get it put back in. .... 
Fast forward 2 days. ...

I have an appointment for a Root Canal at 2pm (at a different location), it is now 5:27pm and they have not even started on my procedure yet. The dentist gave me shots in my mouth at 3:30 and never came back ... It amazes me how they came in and took my money around 3:00pm and had me Pay for a service that it doesn’t seem like I will receive. 

I would not recommend.

My experience has been awful. We have had scheduled appointments that have not been correct. Show up at the time on the card given to us, and they refuse to see us because we don't have an appointment.  After several times of this I had to refuse to leave so that my child could receive the treatment that has been paid for. Phone calls are never returned. Even had to go in person to try to schedule an appointment.  The staff is very rude. 
My son needed a tooth exposed on top and our insurance did not cover it until January.  They refused to continue any treatment until surgery was complete.  I asked several times to work on the bottom, which was paid for and never done. I was told do not bother coming back until the surgery is done. 
We are still trying to get the service that was paid for on day 1 in full. Today my son was turned away again with no treatment because his orthodontist no longer works there. So they want me to pay for another orthodontist to treat him. Why would I do that? I could not get the service I have completely paid for from the previous doctor. 
I would never recommend Great Expressions to anyone.

Good doctors and surgeons on staff. I do not have a complaint when it comes to the treatment and taking care of my teeth. Had my wisdom teeth extracted here and I felt I was handled in a caring, professional manner. Most of the office and dental assistance staff are nice and know their job well, and are somewhat willing to work with you on financial arrangements, payments, etc. It just depends who you directly deal with. But overall great place.

I had a 10:40 a.m. appointment. I arrived at 10:37 a.m., and was not called to the back until 11:33 a.m. I was told that they were having computer issues. But, that should have been mentioned upon my arrival or communicated to me before I got there. That way, I could have made the decision to reschedule before spending almost 2 hours at the office for a cleaning. Not to mention, I had to wait again to check-out. Not satisfied with this visit.
