Made av reservation to tent ba car and drop off at n different location. At the last minute needed to change reservation to drop off same location. Was very impressed that this was easy and my price went down. 

Staff was very friendly. Car was clean. Will certainly rent from this company in the future.

I typically don’t write reviews but I had to take a few minutes to do so.  I had to get a rental due to my car being in the shop and saw commercials about how Enterprise will pick you up so this was my best option.  I have used Enterprise in the past and said I wouldn’t come back because of bad service.  However, this location and experience was great!  

I will admit that the driver arrived a little late for my pick up but I’m a patient guy and understand that things happen so I always prepare with extra time for arrival.  Once I arrived at the main office the staff was very polite and accommodating by adjusting my time due to the late pick up and had me out of there within several minutes.  Even explaining the that they are flexible and if I needed a little extra time when dropping off that it wouldn’t be a problem.  Awesome, being that I was at the mercy of the dealership about when my car would be complete.

What made this experience top notch was when I needed to return the vehicle, I also needed a ride to my daughters gymnastics which was on the other side of town.  I explained my situation and without hesitation,  they directed me to drop it off at two other  locations that would be able to give me a ride within their limits.  Again, great service when I’m on time constraints.

Finally, I find out my car would be kept over the weekend and I needed to get another rental and equally great service including pick up and dropping off.  Comfortable small talk on ride to and from main office, quick service in getting rental, and very accommodating overall!  Would definitely recommend the Middletown branch this (as well as the Wallingford location) and will rent again when needed.  Awesome and great service!!! Nice job!!

Needed a car quick due to someone hitting my car and being placed in the shop! Called to set something up and it was super quick and easy! Had a vehicle in no time! Only complaint would be if training new staff who isn’t familiar with Enterprise, teach them, don’t let free to the wolves and make snarky looks at other staff members...and a customer who is in the store should take priority vs someone who just called on the phone.

This is our go to car rental but a,word to the wise... keep an eye out for detailed charges on receipt.  They also don't advertise or offer any discounts at time of rental but they do active military, AAA and you can also book through BJ'S if you're a member.

i'm very satisfied with the middletown office.i've been renting a car every weekend since oct.some times i keep the car until tues or weds because my granddaughter has dance class,i just wish there was some type of adjustment when you rent all weekend at a rate then extra days directly into the week that cost more than the 3 day weekend.thank you for your time
