Don't get me wrong, the mall is a comforting place for me (immediate retail therapy), and Midland is a lovely building. The only issue is that malls, in general, are turning into ghostly shells of what used to be the cool spot to shop and hang out, and Midland is no exception. Stores have been closing left and right, whether it be due to rising rental costs for the space because Midland can be stupid expensive, or a lack of traffic because everything can be found where people also shop for groceries, or online, or both. Seriously... unless people are in there shopping for holidays, getting nails done, or hitting up one of the only Targets left, it's dead. RIP awesome stores.

They have it all at the mall! I enjoy malls, and this one is always clean and makes me feel comfortable. Plenty of comfortable shopping and continually updated shops. Midland just seems safe as well.

If the mall was full of stores, I'd rate it a 5, unfortunately a lot of stores have moved out. The stores that are there are great. I hope they put more stores in. It's a beautiful building inside.

Like most malls there over priced. But this one takes the cake, stores are closing fast due to the marked up rent prices. Then they hire these pimple face kids as security guards, and they just love exercising their imaginary authority. I go there to walk the mall, and always have one following me around. The food court is always filthy, and their isn't much of a selection on where to eat. I would have gave one star, but the sub-way worker's are always super nice, and a few of the other merchants always greet people with a warm smile.

The mall is slowing dying like most malls in America. There are a few big stores like Barnes and Noble and Dunham's but lots of empty spots in the mall. The food court has a nice selection of food but they are starting to lose restaurants too.
