A large mall with many clothing and home goods stores. There is a nice play space for children and plenty of nice sitting areas throughout the mall. Not a bad place to spend the afternoon shopping with friends. If you like malls you'll like Twelve Oaks

I love this mall. It's so convenient when I have gifts to buy, or I need to get some clothes, or any body care items. Some of the stores are too expensive, but there are plenty that aren't. The Mall Walker's Club is a great way to keep in shape and their meetings are really informative about your body and health, as well. The restrooms are pretty easy to find, and they are usually pretty clean, too. Some of the entrances even have umbrella bags for when it's raining.

Overall very nice and clean.  Lots of store selections.  Staff at the Oakley store was very helpful and informative...willing to answer questions.  Parking was crowded, but we found a spot relatively close.  Getting out of the parking lot from the main entrance was very crowded so we took a secondary exit on to Novi road and that was not too bad (one exit north of the main entrance off of Novi road).  One bathroom near the pet store was an absolute wreck.

Nice big shopping mall, lots of stores, two levels, good for people watching and great when the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus stop by. We were there on a Saturday and it was crazy crazy busy. You'd think it was Christmas time but no, nothing special going on just crazy busy. So be prepared for that.

Twelve Oaks is clean, well maintained, and they are always trying to stay up to date with there building. The toddler play area is clean and since I had my daughter 16 years ago, I've seen them change up the climbers and things about three times. Everything is in good shape.
