Food is fine and previous visits were all good experiences. Today the service was nonexistent. Our table didn't get served or even set. After waiting 20 mins needed to ask alternative server for the order and coffee etc. Even getting the check took work to find someone to provide it. Good food bad service. Return visits have improved and new manager Michael (past 3 mos) was attentive and seeking feedback. Today the service was fast and efficient. The focus on the customer has improved significantly.

I love going to this diner. Excellent, superior customer service. I've never had a problem with my food everything is always as described. What you order is what you get. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, professional and always on their 'A' game.

Iced coffee was good. Burger was okay. I asked for extra crispy cheese French fries; I received extra stale fries. I was so disappointed. I feel like I paid 20$ for the nice container the food came in. First time ordering from this diner. I think it will be the last.

The food is pretty good although it is quite expensive. Also the service is mediocre. They are not attentive.

Place is opened 24H. I ordered breakfast 4AM Christmas last year and they delivered. Menu is huge and food is great. Pricing is decent. The only thing that really irks me is the nasty service I get most of the weekends I go there, and I go there every weekend for their breakfast. The male host and one of the servers always have an attitude
