This place is usually great and I normally don't have a problem but I have been waiting on results from a test for over a week have had 3 missed calls from them and have been playing phone tag with them for days. so anybody trying to call and make an appointment don't waste your time. for literally 3 days in a row they won't answer their phone

Cant get into the phones all it does is ring and ring if you need to schedual an appointment in 5 weeks pregnant and cant even call to schedual its always packed anf i get told to always come back all i wabt is an ultrasound to see my baby

Gross lack of professionalism, comprehension skills and service knowledge where numerous staff members are concerned... from help-desk attendants straight up to 'supervisory' staff and physician assistants. In addition, most of the folks employed here appear rather displeased with their jobs - they openly demonstrate an absolute disinterest to those seeking clinical assistance, and a 'why are you bothering me' attitude the moment you either approach the front desk, speak to a nurse practitioner or P.A, or simply call to question them about their many oversights. Just incredible. Indeed, most of the folks employed at this clinic cast an immensely poor reflection on the entire center, and on the very few who actually deserve to be there.

I work as a financial coach and refer people to Midtown. I have received nothing but positive feedback from clients who have received affordable health care. I am grateful for this community resource. They super busy, so there is some waiting required, buy you get that anywhere you go.

Have had not a single bad experience here, I love the staff and my doctor. He has made this pregnancy less stressful. The only thing I don't it like is calling, it drives me bonkers waiting forever on the phone to make an appointment or leave a message for my doc.
