I would give the Skyline location 5 stars.  Dr. O'Brien and Dr. Fischer are very thorough and provide excellent care.  However, I went out of Ogden Clinic for a kidney stone issue because it hit over a holiday weekend.  The urologist at Ogden Clinic refused to see me because I went to Davis Hospital's emergency room.  To me, that said I was not important as a patient.  I then continued with the other urologist because she had the best bedside manner and went out of her way for me that weekend, including performing a surgery.  Through follow up and more stones she gave me an order for blood work and an x-ray.  I went to the Harrison facility because I could take care of both in one location.  I went to the lab and the girl was very rude.  She said because I was not an Ogden Clinic patient I would have to wait until she helped all Ogden Clinic patients first, it was their policy.  She said it would be a minimum of 30 minutes to even help me after she helped the people who can in after me.  I told her that was a crock because my primary care doctor was an Ogden Clinic doctor.  I then said I would just go somewhere else because  she said she just didn't know how she could get to me with an order from a doctor that was not Ogden Clinic.  I then went straight to x-ray.  She had me done and in the system plus gave me a CD of my previous ct scan in seven minutes.  She was so nice as well.  I then left and went to the Skyline clinic for my blood draw.  I waited six minutes to be called back.  She was super nice as well and told me it wasn't a problem to have the order from a doctor that was not part of Ogden Clinic.  So, just stay away from the lab at the Harrison Clinic and you should be fine.

We went in to get my 1 1/2 old daughter looked at. She had a horrible cough and was having a really hard time breathing at night. Staff was okay, not the best, it was Sunday so I was understanding. Of course, we waited two hours and when the doctor came in she was beyond rude and very unprofessional. Asked questions on her computer for 8 minutes looked at my daughter for one minute, said it was just a cold and it needs to run its course. Even after we explained that she has been around a cousin that had croup. She replied with the same answer. Not sure why doctors go to school for eight years to click buttons on a computer and give the exact same answer on every different sickness you would go to the doctor for. Avoid this place at all costs, save your money and visit an actually pediatrician if you have a child that is sick. You will thank me later.

UPDATE: I have not been contacted by Ogden Clinic since posting this review even though they replied they would be reaching out over three weeks ago. 

I recently relocated to Utah and wanted to start building a rapport with a local Doctor. I made an appointment to see Elisabeth Anderson. The earliest appointment was a month and a half out for a physical but after reading her bio on Ogden Clinics website I felt she was a good match. When I checked in I asked if there was a co-pay but was told that my insurance would cover a physical completely. During the appointment she was pleasant but I had to remind her to do a breast exam and had to be very proactive to make sure the typical physical was done and she didn't miss anything. She came in and out of the room several times throughout the appointment. During my appointment I mentioned that I wanted a referral to get some bumps looked at that I was unemployed at the time and trying to address all my health concerns while I still had some insurance. Instead of a referral she insisted that she could take care of it without really looking into what they were or asking questions. I felt rushed and pressured into a treatment right away. She then tried to freeze them off knowing that the supply of nitrogen was low. She said to come back in a half hour and try again. By having the two treatments done partially instead of all at once it lost its effectiveness. To my surprise, I was then billed $97 plus $30 for the physical which I wasn't expecting to be charged for because of the statement of the lady at the front desk. I asked if since the treatment wasn't effective if I could come back in since I had to pay for it but was told I would be charged another $97. Then when I called in to pay for the bill I was told that I owed an additional $50 for a bill that I still haven't received and was not informed as to why I was being charged. Very un-help, unethical, and unprofessional experience.

The front desk turned me away because they said it wasn't time for my regularly scheduled shot. They then gave me new information for when I should receive the medication (which was VERY wrong). After consulting with my doctor at the Ogden Clinic at the Ogden Regional Hospital- the time I came in was actually the correct time for me to receive the shot. If I had followed what the front desk had said- it would have messed my prescription up and I could have become pregnant. Kind of a big deal to turn someone away and tell them the wrong information when something so large is at stake. Unimpressed with their communication and their lack of professionalism.

Ogden Clinic is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I had to have blood drawn and the girl tried 3 times and couldn't get the right vein. When she got it, there was a bump left under my skin and it has been hot and painful. The bruising is over 1/3 of my arm. I called and got 3 voicemails, one of the ladies I spoke to even hung up on me (not before laughing and acting extremely unprofessional). It's been since Tuesday (today is Friday) and I haven't gotten my lab results and nobody has called me back regarding the pain in my arm. I love my doctor but nobody else could care less about me and for that reason after 20 years it's time to find a new doctor. Stay as far away from these guys as you can.
