Only take your child here if it's a last resort. Dr. Frank Brown is inept at his practice. He did not send in a culture for my daughter's strep throat like he said he would. He also called me a compulsive mom when I asked if he was going to call us and let us know what the lab results were either way, and he did not update her history with the correct notes. They had her down as taking an antibiotic when she wasn't. The nurse on the phone, Kami, was not the least bit apologetic about the mistake that was made on behalf of the clinic. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, doctors, and nurses. The only people who are good at their job are the ladies at the front desk. If you want decent, human service I would avoid this InstaCare, especially Kami and Frank Brown, if at all possible.

The Clinic was not very busy Sun the 8th of Oct. I arrived about 10 after 11 after using get in line through my select health app. I saw Dr Daniel Alsup MD who did not keep me waiting. The staff was friendly and quick. I was seen and examined and out the door in under an hour. Thank you!

Normally, I have a great experience at this facility. Last night, whether it be a bad day for this doctor or not, I didn't feel she was efficient. I finally talked my son into going to be seen by a doctor. When the doctor came in she seemed happy, and asked the usual questions...When she got to the "do you smoke?" he answered "yes" (without telling her he was trying to quit) instantly she said, "Every thought of quitting?" (He thought to himself-everyday I have that thought) but was only able to say "yes." followed by "you should." Well, from there on, it seemed like she didn't hear why he was there or I feel look into this deeper. He was having trouble getting deep breaths. Could this be the cigarettes? Probably, but I would have thought a chest x-ray or something should have been done. He of course felt "judged" and refuses to go back there again. This brought up memories from my childhood when my father would respond "yes" to that questions. When he finally found a doctor who didn't just chalk it up to cigarettes and looked at it from a different angle, non judgmental angle, he was already in Stage 4 Cancer. I do not want my son to fall victim to that. I will find him another place, but if you could pass this on to the doctors and ask them sympathize with their patience no matter their fault, that would be great. I see drug users getting more sympathy for their addiction than I do smokers. Addiction is Addiction.

I called they said 20 minute wait got there within a few minutes and it was 90 minute wait. Dr. said" I only do broken bones and pneumonia.I'm tired can't you see We are busy." He said I've delivered 200 babies but he wasn't able to check our little girls ears because of the wax then he said I'm here to help but what about diagnose and treat your child's condition. He never examined the lymph in her neck her nose and did a swab of her throat just around the tongue area then when we were at the pharmacy waiting to go in the pharmacy gave the patient next to us the wrong medicine and fortunately the patient noticed that this doctor was incompetent and it was a nightmare experienced

I have always had descent experiences here in the past. The front desk people have always been helpful and nice. However, today was a very different experience for me. I went in, as my husband persuaded me to, because I was bit by something over 3 weeks ago. I explained to the doctor (Dr. Thomas Wonderlich) what had happened-that I was bit by what I thought was a spider and that I had the bite lower on my upper thigh, that it itched intensely and had a red ring around it. I explained that the bite changed over the course of time and now is higher on my thigh and looks more like 2 large welts. There is also a rash that is there about the size of football that comes and goes, but it itches all the time. I showed him the topical lotions, etc. that I have used on it. After explaining all of this to him, he sat on his chair, from a far, and I showed him my leg. He looked at me like I was nuts. And, responded, "I don't see anything." I still pleaded my case. He said, "maybe you are allergic to the stuff you are putting on it." He proceeded to tell me that rashes don't come and go and he can't treat what he cannot see. He never had me get up on the table, shine a light on it or anything. He never really looked at it. Just basically looked at me like he thought I was stupid. He proceeded to give me a prescription for a steriod and asked me who my regular doctor was. When I told him who my regular doctor was, he replied, "if it doesn't feel better in a week, go in to see her." He then left the room and I could hear him in the hall talking to another doctor. The other doctor said, "just reassure her its nothing." I was appalled by his bedside manner and lack of professionalism. I left the office feeling punched in the gut. I called my husband who was also upset by how I was treated. I took this picture right after I left the office. I can clearly still see something. And, it still itches terribly. Thanks for nothing doc.
