On April 6th I went to purchase a vehicle from this company.. I was met with rude salesmen that would not allow me to speak or Express my concerns. Then the salesmen Josh argued me down in front of his manager stating that he would not give us the 100 check that was owed to the person that referred us to their company. This is by far the most unprofessional company. Never lower your standards to shop at a company that doesn't care about your rights as a customer.. this company cares more about saling a vehicle than they do about customer service. I have never been disrespected so bad in the presence of a manager. I would urge you to shop around before stopping and purchasing a care here nomatter the need. I told them I would not purchase at all Josh shrugged his shoulders... so unprofessional.

Never had an issue with them. The staff have always been helpful and understanding. I was in a car accident back in October and they were able to get me in a car right away. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

If you're looking for a company who will work with you, don't bother trying here. Only way to get a vehicle is if you have great credit and a big down payment, then they're going to try to put you in a car you don't even want. I guess things have changed since my friend got a truck from them.

Put money down on a vehicle to be purchased. During the time they were holding the vehicle I went thru a financial hardship due to circumstances out of my control. Realizing the purchase of the vehicle would no longer be possible after trying several avenues to make the monthly payments I called to get my money back ($800). I was told because they had been holding it for about a month and could have sold it during that time that I would not be getting my money back. DON'T GO HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! There was no mention of this in the contract. Also they had the same vehicle for at least a month prior. So this was not a vechicle going anywhere soon. They needed to move it, but being they couldn't they made up an excuse to make some money. They money they kept was at least 2 months payment.

Helpful on the phone and in person. Understanding and not pushy. Lot was full of vehicles, giving us many options.
