I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Kristin and Mike for how awesome they are to work with. They go way, way above their call of their job to comfort my family and if it wasn't for them and their awesomeness and professional work ethics I wouldn't be going there. The Doc is great all around 5 stars for your services you have done for us today and every time we visit the office. Your appreciated way more then you know.

Had an appointment scheduled on 11/28/2017 for four months. Then got a call from them a month ago or so, saying they could move up my date to 10/30/2017 at 3. I agreed and rescheduled to the earlier date. I took off early from work and I Went in today 10/30/2017 and they said that my appointment was never switched in the system and they filled my time slot with another person. There was a note on the appointment date of 11/28/2017 saying that it would be switched. They offered to switch my appointment to a week earlier on 11/21/2017 but I declined in hopes of not having any more confusion. Not happy, for being my first time at any Midwest dental locations. If I go back, hopefully my next experience will be a bit better.

We tried this office out for 2 years and have nothing but grief with scheduling, transferring a clear correct account, and my Invisalign treatment being closed without my consent. The front desk receptionist always seems overwhelmed and only occasionally returns phone calls. I'll be taking our business elsewhere to a non chain dentist office.

Website says they accept United Healthcare,  but when trying to make an appt, was told they did not.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I drive a truck, so making appointments is challenging, but they always manage to fit me in somewhere, they've been great on the dentist side as well, doc is amazing, explains everything, have had quite a bit of fixing my teeth done here, and I literally cannot overstress how amazing this place has been to me. No joke, drive the extra however long it takes to come here and you'll see what I am talking about. Nothing short of astounding from the doc and everyone else in this place. Seriously.
