I went in with a filling that came out and part of the tooth broken. It was "fixed" and I gradually felt more and more pain. I thought it would get better. After a couple of weeks I called and received no call back from the office (I have experienced this before). Finally I called the emergency number and got in 4 days later. The Doctor was out of town and did call me back and set up a time to reach me for the appointment. By this time I had not been able to eat on that side for about 5 days. 
She had missed filling an area  and also left a piece of something in the area between the teeth.  I had to go through the whole procedure again, (at no cost) and it was fixed. I was apparently one of her first patients at this clinic.

My crown fell off at work in the middle of the day, and having no regular dentist, I decided to see if the closest one to me could advise me about what to do. (Not really expecting very much, but hopeful.) Midwest Dental  got me in immediately, did an X-ray of the tooth, and got it back on for me (temporarily) within the hour. Very happy and will definitely be going back! Thank you!

My crown came off the day before and they were able to work me in.  The dentist was very thorough to take ex ray to make sure no decay caused it.   Fortunately that was not the case, so got my old crown etched and put back on.   I was treated very professionally and kindly.

Called to set up an appointment for my Husband. (Who needed to see a dentist as soon as possible due to severity of pain) Receptionist who answered phone was rude and short with me. We've never been been there but it is one of the only places in town that accepts the insurance. She didn't care about what was going on like every other place that I called. She just said "Do you even have insurance?" When I gave her the insurance she acted as if it wasn't necessary for him to get in soon. Even though I explained  the severity of the pain. And said "Well we could POSSIBLY see him in a couple weeks, still want an appointment?".

Had a dental emergency yesterday and front desk, assistant and dentist were extremely helpful and kind and squeezed me in without an appointment.
