I purchased a pair of 210$ carolina work boots 2 months in sole came off they did defect them so was pleased however the boots are now 7 months old and they are coming unstitched in the back of the boot,  and they told its normal wear ,took them and and there solution was we can glue them i was 7 days past the 6 month defect policy. So needless to say they did not help at all and i will not be returning ever .i say this i had the same pair of of redwings for 6 yrs and had no issues .

I've been getting my work shoes/boots there for approximately 25 years now....
Won't go anywhere else. 
They are quick to help and if my size is NOT available they order it immediately and say it takes a week.
It's usually there in 3 days.

Joshua on staff was immensely patient and helpful in assisting me in finding the right pair of steel toe work boots. The selection for women at Mieras is the best in Grand Rapids, and perhaps Kent Co.
