At Mike's Bikes Saint Louis we offer superb Bicycle service to all types of cyclists, including commuters, racers, and recreational riders. Our staff is passionate about cycling and the community surrounding it. Mike's Bikes Saint Louis seeks to be innovative with store design, product development, and a comprehensive selection of goods and services.

Many of our customers view their bike as a form of artistic expression. Cycling should be fun and the store should reflect that fun. Mike's Bikes Saint Louis offers colorful parts, messenger bags, and apparel, as well as personal adaptations to help a rider feel closer to their bicycle. I have always experienced friendly and helpful service at Mike's Bikes! On my first visit, an employee spent time helping me get a feel for different bike sizes even though I told him I was planning to buy a bike online. Since then I have returned several times to purchase accessories, to get my new bike tuned up, and ultimately to buy a bike for my husband to be able to ride with me. Each time, the employees have answered my questions thoroughly. As a relatively new rider, I have detected zero snobbery from anyone I've dealt with. Highly recommend this place!

Local Bike Shop That Caters to the Urban Cyclist. Wide variety of bike brands, in Road, Fixie/Track, Comfort, and all the Accessories you'll ever need. Staff is very knowledgeable and straightforward, and honest...no hard selling. I HIGHLY recommend

A great store that doesn't feel pretentious and has a wide variety of bikes, both used and new, in various price ranges. Eric was very helpful and patient in adjusting and getting bikes down for me to ride. I'm new to the world of bikes and wasn't sure what I would like, he made good suggestions and I finally decided on a white single speed SE bike that looks gorgeous and is perfect for commuting and cruising around. It's price was 330.00 which is about the same as most online prices; some around 300.00 but they don't come assembled so the extra 30 is well worth it. A couple of other friendly employees put a mount for the U-lock I bought on as well and wrapped my handles for me beautifully. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

Very friendly and fair. Movers had taken bikes apart and they didn't really feel right when we put them back together. Brought them by Mike's bikes and they were able to help us out super fast and didn't charge a thing. Ended up leaving my bike for a tune up including redoing the gears and the price was completely fair.

I picked this company (mistakenly) over Big Shark where I purchased my other bike for a basic tune-up. The tune-up was $50 but the technician called back three times supposedly finding additional issues. Called back a day later and found to my amazement a bill of $111.00!!. Spoke to someone who was condescending and argumentative about items on my invoice that weren’t discussed or approved. I asked to speak to a manager about the invoice but he refused. After a somewhat heated exchange, I asked about the owner’s availability and to my surprise he informed me he was the OWNER!!! As a Mom and Pop company, Mike’s Bikes is one of worst companies I’ve ever dealt with as far as timeliness and customer service. Stick with well-established bike shops like Maplewood Bicycle or Big Shark in St. Louis. Stay clear of these unprofessional scam artists at Mike’s Bikes.
