Many bravos and thanks to the "Team" - Caroline, just simply the best therapist ( naturally I worked with Caroline), then there is Jerry, Ben, Tim, Liz, Elizabeth, Katherine and I must mention the expert service of Camilo, our driver, who was always extremely solicitous in helping me cross those darn snow drifts and always right there at the door for assistance., and also everyone who greeted me with encouragement, and support. I had an exceptional experience with Mile Square. I dislocated my shoulder and thanks to all the help from Jessica and Jerry, I was able to speedily recover without needing surgery. I definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking PT in Hoboken.

A fantastic overall experience. A great atmosphere filled with humor and hard work. Caroline and Jerry went above and beyond. The first out of 4 physical therapy places I've been to where you don't have to wait either before or during the appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Tim and Caroline were both very effective and capable therapists. I credit my speedy recovery from hip replacement to their care and attention. The rest of the staff at Mile Square are all professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend Mile Square PT Hoboken to anyone seeking a good physical therapist.

When you go to physical therapy, you’re usually in pain and it is, undeniably, a painful process to get back to wellness, particularly after a knee replacement. But it’s also undeniable that some of the pain is diminished when you’re at a facility with a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Mile Square fits that description. After my surgery, I was given in-home therapy and wasn’t sure where I would go for my out-patient therapy. I’d seen a couple of places prior to the surgery but wasn’t sold on either of them. My home therapist told me about Mile Square because I needed (1) a facility in the Hospital for Special Surgery network and (2) because they offer transport for patients in Hudson County. I am so happy I took her suggestion and upon my first visit I knew I’d found the right place for me. The facility in Jersey City is open, airy and immaculate. I immediately felt at home with the staff which is so friendly, kind and caring. The assistants are helpful in getting you set up for your exercise regimen and the therapists truly have healing hands. Unlike some places I’ve heard of where you’re given exercises and not much time with your therapist, the therapists at Mile Square really do invest time and energy with each patient to ensure that healing is taking place. They know that each patient is an individual and what works for one may not work for another so exercises and massage are tailored to each patient’s needs, pain tolerance, etc. The bottom line? It’s a fantastic place!
