Sam is an excellent Physical Therapist. I went to him after hurting my lower back snowboarding. Prior to seeing Sam, I was barely able to sit down due to the pain. After going to Sam for a few weeks my back felt extremely better. I highly recommend going to Sam if you need a Physical Therapist.

Sam is the best PT in Hoboken! He was super knowledgeable and helpful with my post-op recovery. He doesn't overbook so you always get his full attention and help. Shaelyn, the other PT at the office, is also great! I would recommend Sam and Shaelyn to anyone.

I had my second ACL surgery this past winter after a ski injury. Subsequently, this is the second time I've gone through the Rehab/Physical Therapy process. This time around I extensively researched where I would spend the next 5 months or so in PT... I have to say I couldn't be happier with my experience with both Sam and Shay at Total Orthopedics! I couldn't have made a better decision to work with this group. At Total Orthopedics each session was unique and personalized. They spent uninterrupted time with me and customized my program regularly. If you are an athlete and want to rehab back to sports, you need a solid customized program with a Physical Therapist/team who spends time working with you directly. You DO NOT want to go to a 'rehab mill,' where you are a number, many patients are squeezed in, and you are given a list of exercises without much attention (form is extremely important). I am happy to say I have fully recovered from surgery, because of Sam and Shay. I am back to sports and I could not have done with without their help. They are so friendly, fun, and kind. Thanks guys for everything!!!!

Sam is one of the best physical therapist I have ever seen. He will help to accommodate you any way he can .
